2 Volunteers Needed for PTA Board Nominating Committee

Our bylaws require we form a nominating committee to fill next year’s PTA board. We need to identify at least two volunteers who are current PTA members by May 1. The nominating committee will be responsible for formally nominating eligible persons for open PTA board positions and reporting their nominees to the general membership prior to the PTA election at a general membership meeting in May. Tomorrow! Learn to Make a Mango Lassi

Join us on zoom on Wednesday, April 14 at 2PM for a hands on cooking class! We’ll learn to make a mango lassi, which is a traditional South Asian beverage. Register at bmes.eventbrite.com
Please have the following ingredients and supplies available:

Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 or 3 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into chunks (can use jarred or frozen if you prefer)
2 1⁄4 or 4 1⁄2 cups plain yogurt
3 or 6 Tbsp honey, plus more to taste
2 1⁄4 or 1 tsp cardamom, plus extra for sprinkling/garnish
Ice (optional)

  • Chefs knife
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
