Black Rocket program MC will offer on Saturday, December 2 from 8:30-3:30 pm at the Rockville campus.
The Black Rocket programs offered through Montgomery College provide unique enrichment and educational offerings to children and young adults in Creative Sciences, Digital Arts, and Leadership. Each course emphasizes self-empowerment, cognitive reasoning, and divergent thinking through hands-on learning. The program on December 2nd is designed for students in grades 4 – 7 and costs $95 per student. The day’s courses include Robotics 101, Code Breaking, Maker Lab, Digital Animation, Minecraft World Builder, and Minecraft Coding with Java, and Intro to Python.
