receiving push notifications. This is particularly important in emergency
situations.The MCPS robocall system can take 10 minutes to deliver calls to all
families, so there can be a delay in transmitting information. The new
system allows for push messages through the app and text messages.
Unfortunately, these two options have not been fully adopted by all
families.
