2) Please See the Reminder Below About Cancellation of After School Enrichment Activities Due to Inclement Weather
When MCPS cancels after school activities, it is mandatory that enrichment classes are also cancelled. It is the enrichment provider’s responsibility to notify the parents of this cancellation as soon as possible. It is the discretion of the enrichment providers as to whether they will be adding a make-up class to their current schedule. While it is NOT the PTA’s responsibility to notify the parents of any schedule changes or cancellations, we will certainly try to assist the school in getting the word out through the Bear Post and Facebook posts. This however, does not guarantee that we will receive any information before you do. Please consult your enrichment provider with any questions concerning their cancellation policy and stay apprised of MCPS’s updates during inclement weather conditions. Thank you!
