Due to disruption caused by the recent blizzard, PARCC Night for Parents that was scheduled for Monday, February 1, at Richard Montgomery High School has been cancelled.
Instead, MCPS will present a webinar on Wednesday, February 10, from 7 to 8 p.m. During the webinar, staff will provide an overview of PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) assessments, as well as information on upcoming changes for the 2016 administration of the tests. In addition, information will be shared to help parents understand their children’s score reports from the spring 2015 administration of the PARCC tests. Parents will have an opportunity to ask questions, and foreign language interpretation will be provided.
