Help us plan the winter enrichment schedule!
It’s hard to believe that PTA-sponsored fall enrichment activities are almost over. That means it’s time to start planning the winter session! Please take the PTA survey about the fall session, and give us input about which activities your children would like in the winter.

Food Drive Until 11/19 — Bring in Dry & Canned Goods!
Second grade Brownie troop 2794 is holding a food drive to benefit A Wider Circle. A donation bin will be by the front entrance until November 19th. The most needed items are whole grain pasta, cereal, beans and canned fruits and vegetables, but we appreciate all donations!

Bar T to Host Event on Nov. 8
Bar T is hosting a Friday night Wacky & Tacky Night on November 8th from 7pm-9pm. All Bells Mill students are welcome to come out and party with Bar T! Please see the MANDATORY permission slip for Wacky & Tacky Night here.
3rd & 5th Grade Parents: Magnet School Information — All Applications Due Friday 11/8
For Current 3rd Grade Parents:
Students from Bells Mill may apply to the highly gifted center at Coldspring Elementary. Please see the following link for more information and deadlines. Applications are due Nov. 8.
For Current 5th Grade Parents:
In MCPS, 5th graders can apply for admission in 3 magnet consortium schools, Argyle, Loiederman, and Parkland. More information on these schools can be found in their program booklet here.

PTA Meeting Tues, Nov. 5 — Agenda Attached
As a reminder, we have a PTA meeting tonight, Tuesday, November 5 at 7 p.m. A full agenda can be seen here.
After a brief business meeting, Bells Mill parent, Stacy E. King – MSPT, OCS, CIMT, CSCS, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, will speak about preventing sports injuries in young athletes.
Bar-T is providing childcare and dinner for Bells Mill students, free of charge.
