Bells Mill Talent Show, MANDATORY REHERSAL THURS, SHOW FRI.

The talent show is this Friday at 6:30 p.m. Come support your friends!

 If you’re one of budding stars, please note that: THURSDAY rehersal is MANDATORY. The organizers realize that we are all really busy. Every child has to rehearse and we have more acts than last year. We will do acts by grade.

Last Club Bells Mill This Saturday — Come and Join Us & Volunteer!

Come out and join us for the last Club Bells Mill of the year, this Saturday, March 2 from 6-8pm. Get ready for a giddy-up good time and come in your favorite cowboy hat, jeans and plaid shirts!! Doors open at 5:45. There will be a moon bounce, games, crafts, and dancing. Pizza and concession snacks are available for purchase. Non-members pay $10 at the door.
And as always, our events would not be possible without our helpful volunteers!!

Early Release on Friday, February 22

Students will be released at 1 p.m.

Grades 3, 4 and 5 Testing Around the Corner

Please mark your calendars.  Maryland State Assessments (MSA) are administered in March to students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. On testing days, we encourage students to eat a healthy breakfast, come to school on time, and be well-rested.  Testing will last all morning.  Students who are absent due to illness will have the opportunity to make up all or part of the tests.… Read Full Post

Girls on Run Team for BMES Students Grades 3-5

Girls on the Run is coming back to
Bells Mill Elementary School!!!!
WHAT: Girls on the Run is a nationwide, not-for-profit after-school program that combines training for a 5K running event with self-esteem enhancing and uplifting workouts.
WHO: This program is open to students in grades 3-5. Space is limited to 15 participants.
WHEN: Practice will be held on Thursdays from 7:50-8:50 AM, and Sundays from 4:00-5:00 PM. The season ends with a celebratory 5K fun run on Sunday, May 19th.
