Our school directory partner, A-to-Z,  wanted to remind parents that you can access the BMES school directory through the AtoZ Directories School Directory App!  The App is accessible via your smart phone, tablet, and/or computer.

(The App is not available in the iTunes store or the Android market.)

To access the app from your phone/tablet/computer, follow the instructions below:

The student government association (SGA) is holding a Toy Drive to collect toys for families in need.   Nov. 26^th – Dec. 7^th

We are collecting toys for kids in preschool through middle school.
If you would like to donate to this great cause, bring any new, unwrapped toys to your classroom any day over the next week.

PTA Meeting TUESDAY NIGHT and correction on concerts:

• Reminder that there is a PTA meeting Tuesday, December 4 @ 7 p.m. Babysitting is provided for all BMES students, free of charge. Please email [email protected] to reserve a spot. Following the business meeting there will be a brief presentation by Laura Nash from Huntington Learning Center titled “Homework: A Parent’s Survival Guide” Afterwards our featured speaker is from the YMCA Youth and Family Services who will be speaking on the topic “ Homework Hassles – Encouraging Student Responsibility”

Homework struggles an issue in your home? Then we have the speakers for you!

Lifetouch will be at school on Friday, November 30 for portrait make ups. This a student’s last chance to be photographed for portraits or the yearbook if they were absent from school or are unhappy with their photo. Please see the attached PDF “Portrait Make Up Information” for details.

Club Bells Mills – a Winter Wonderland Pajama Party – Saturday, December 1, 6-8pm.

Welcome to the second Club Bells Mill of the year – a Winter Wonderland Pajama Party!

The evening will be filled with dancing, fun and games, a moon bounce, crafts, and food. And keep warm by wearing your comfiest pajamas!

Tired of eating turkey? Join us for our dine out night with Potomac Pizza in the Village Wednesday, December 5 from 4pm-close for great food, good company and to help BMES raise money. Dine-in or carry-out and Potomac Pizza will donate 20% of the proceeds back to Bells Mill (does not include delivery sales). Please make sure to tell your server that you are with Bells Mill!
