  • Your Kinder enjoyed their free Tshirt at the beginning of the year?
  • Your first or second grader enjoyed  playing with recess equipment outside or board games during indoor recess?

  • Your fourth grader started looking forward to working with a Poet in Residence or taking part in the Geography Bowl?

First Parent Resource Meeting, Tonight, Thursday October 16

The PTA’s first Parent Resource Meeting is Thursday, October 16 at 7 p.m. in media center.

Our Parent Resource program is for all parents — whether your child is on an IEP or you wonder about additional ways to support social, emotional and behavioral needs among your growing students.

The first meeting will be a general welcome meeting and overview of local resources. Subsequent meetings will feature speakers and other resources.

PTA Art Reflections 2014-15: “The world would be a better place if…”

Every student at Bells Mill Elementary in Grade K-5 is eligible to enter this amazing arts competition, and everyone is permitted to submit as many entries as you wish, in as many categories as you want! Just be sure to follow the specific requirements for each category (see attachments below) and make sure your creations directly reflect upon the 2014-2015 theme “The world would be a better place if. . .”

Membership/Donation Drive: Membership Cards Coming Soon/Still Time to Donate

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined the PTA and made a donation.  It really is a team effort, and if we all work together we can accomplish a lot!
For those who have joined:
PTA membership cards will be available for pickup at the evening hours of the book fair on October 14th and 15th.  Don’t forget to stop by and receive your cards.  Once PTA members have their membership cards, you will have access to discounts at national retailers such as Staples, Metlife, Sylvan, Hertz and more!
