The PTA is seeking volunteers for tables at the beginning of year events listed above to remind members to renew and donate and attract new members by explaining to new families all that the PTA does to support our teachers, students and community.

We need two per table (one presenter to explain the forms and answer questions and a second person as a cashier). The time slots are 30 minutes only (before and after each event)!… Read Full Post

The PTA is kicking off the welcome events with a special breakfast for our fantastic teachers and staff. Please sign up at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0e4caea622a3fe3-teacher2 and drop off your donation no later than 7:30am on Wednesday, August 30th at the Teacher’s Lounge. Anything you can contribute for our teachers and staff would be greatly appreciated.

The annual back to school teacher and staff breakfast is Wednesday, August 30 and we need parent help to welcome our amazing teachers and staff back to school!

• Friday, June 2 — Bells Mill Bash, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, June 14 — 5th Grade Picnic
• Thursday, June 15 — 5th Grade Promotion
• Friday, June 16 — Last Day of School, Early Dismissal, 1:15 p.m.

A message from Mrs. O:

Please be sure to check your student’s lunch account balance and repay any amount that is owed to the cafeteria.  I am obligated to pay off any negative balances that remain after the last day of school.  This is also a good time to deposit enough funds to cover lunches through the end of the school year.  Remaining balances will carry over to the new year.

The annual PTA-sponsored Bells Mill Bash will be held this Friday June 2 from 5:30-8:00pm (RAIN OR SHINE).** This is NOT a Drop Off Event **
There will be multiple inflatables, a rock wall for climbing, face painting, various crafts, popcorn, cotton candy, a DJ and food trucks. (FOOD TRUCK PURCHASES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF WRIST BANDS – a percentage of food truck sales will benefit the Bells Mill PTA)
