If you pre-ordered the 2014-15 school supplies for your child via Schoolkidz back in May, this is a friendly reminder that your child’s (or children’s) pre-ordered school supplies will be available for pick up during the Open House on Friday, August 22rd between 9:00am-10:00am. The school supply kit pick-up will be in Room 121, which is in the Kindergarten hallway.
If you are new to the school and did not pre-order supplies, please see the supply list in Mrs. O’s welcome letter (http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/schools/bellsmilles/news/index.aspx?id=374295). Pre-ordering supplies was not mandatory; and no extra kits were ordered.
An alternative date to pick up your kits will be this coming Friday, Aug 15th, between 3-4pm (also in Room 121). If you have an incoming Kindergartener, a third alternative to pick up the supply kit will be as you enter the building before the Kindergarten Parent Info meeting, Thursday, Aug 21st (please note that the kits will only be available until the start of the meeting and this option is ONLY for incoming Kindergarten families).
If you are not able to pick up your kit during any of these opportunities, feel free to ask a friend to get the kit for you on the 15th or 22nd. Just send me an email and let me know of this plan. If I do not hear from you and you do not pick-up your kit by 10am on the 22nd, the kit will be placed in your child’s classroom and awaiting them on the first day of school.
