The Bells Mill ES PTA 2021-2022 Fiscal Year ends on June 30, 2022. In order to process all expenses in a timely fashion, it is critical that we receive all requests to pay expenses and all reimbursement requests by Friday, June 17, 2022. This is the last day of the School Year. Any requests for reimbursement or requests for payment received after this date will not be paid. If you are leading an event for which you do not expect to have all invoices or receipts for reimbursement by this day, it is critical that you notify Alison Jacknowitz ([email protected]) ASAP.
All reimbursement requests need to include a copy of this form. You can leave forms in the PTA box in the main office or email forms and all receipts to [email protected].
