***One-Time Project For Parent with Financial Background for Month of October***
The Bells Mill PTA is required to have a financial audit at the end of every year and before the next treasurer is voted in. Unfortunately, we haven’t had luck finding a volunteer to help with this task. We are in desperate need for someone to conduct the audit to remain in good standing with the county and state.
The audit is due to the Maryland PTA by October 31st!
If a CPA is willing to do this task that is preferred. If we are unable to have a CPA then we need two volunteers to complete this task. Anyone who has access to the PTA bank account or check signing authority is unable to do the audit.
