Staff appreciation is NEXT WEEK! Let’s spend the week of May 6th-May 10th showing the teachers and staff of Bells Mill just how much we appreciate the work that they do for our students!
Below is a brief schedule of the week. We would love for every Bells Mill family to join in this special week, either by donating to or volunteering at the 2 events (breakfast and lunch), or by helping your student to bring treats, flowers and notes (on the designated days).
There are all kinds of ways to pitch in! We absolutely need volunteers, and we are happy to accept donations prior to the events at your convenience.
Monday, May 6th
- We’ll kick off the week with a Breakfast for the teachers.
- We’ll also set up a “Grab & Go” station that will be in the Staff Lounge all week, offering our teachers and staff a selection of packaged snacks, fruit, soda and bottled waters.

Tuesday, May 7th
- Flowers Day – Wwe encourage every student to bring flowers to their favorite teachers and staff, either from a store or a garden.
Wednesday, May 8th
- Thank You Note Day – Your children can show their appreciation with cards, pictures or hand-written notes.
Thursday, May 9th
- We‘ll continue the big week with a delicious Italian feast, complete with dessert! (Lunch on Thursday means leftovers for Friday!)

Friday, May 10th
- Sweet Treats Day – Students can bring in chocolate, candy, or any other sweet goodies to show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate all that they do!
