Dear Bells Mill,
We are pleased to announce the 23 students from Montgomery County who are Maryland State Reflection winners. This year’s theme, “Believe, Dream, Inspire”, produced 13 Outstanding Interpretation of the Theme winners, 4 Award of Excellence winners, and 6 Award of Merit winners at the State level.
Our congratulations to the State winners, our County winners, and all students who participated in the Reflections program. We were inspired by your art and your spirit!
