Our sister school, South Lake Elementary School, in Montgomery Village, has asked for our help to provide Thanksgiving meals to families from the school who need assistance. We are also planning to provide meals for families at Bells Mill who need help over the holidays.

This year we have made it easier than ever to collect photos for the yearbook! Parents and staff can now upload pictures from school and PTA events and around the community using our new and improved submission link.

Churchill Cluster Community Meeting on Boundary Study – November 4

Board of Education Representative Julie Yang is hosting a meeting for the Churchill Community to discuss the Crown/Damascus Boundary Options and potential impacts on their school communities. Update on Winter and Spring Enrichment Programs

Our PTA-led fall enrichment programs have been well received by families and we are pleased to confirm that most vendors, (and also a few new ones!) will be joining us for after-school enrichment in the Winter and Spring. Montgomery County to Host Education-Focused ‘Community Conversation’ on Fiscal Year 2027 Operating Budget – November 3

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, along with the County’s regional services offices and community partners, is holding 12 “Community Conversations” through November to seek input on the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Operating Budget.
