We are thrilled to announce the National PTA Art Reflections program is coming to Bells Mill this fall! Please read bmesreflectionsltr-docx_11, a letter to our community the for an introduction to the program. All submissions are due on November 3, no exceptions.
Also please see the student entry form (bmes-student-entry-form1) and the national rules packet (16-17_national_rules_packet1) and read both very carefully as each category has its own rules.
