PTA Expenses & Reimbursements – DUE TOMORROW JUNE 17th

The Bells Mill ES PTA 2021-2022 Fiscal Year ends on June 30, 2022. In order to process all expenses in a timely fashion, it is critical that we receive all requests to pay expenses and all reimbursement requests by Friday, June 17, 2022. This is the last day of the School Year.  Any requests for reimbursement or requests for payment received after this date will not be paid. 3 Volunteers Needed for 1 hour of Financial Review

At the end of each Fiscal Year we are required to have the books of the Bells Mill Elementary PTA undergo a financial review. This is not an audit, you do not need to be a CPA or financial professional to volunteer, and the entire commitment shouldn’t take more than 1-2 hours. Under Free State PTA rules, a committee of three people need to perform the review by reviewing the bank statements, check register and other documents from the 2021-2022 year and confirm them to be correct.… Read Full Post

The Bells Mill End of Year Bash is TOMORROW!

Get ready for the Bells Mill End of Year Bash TOMORROW, Friday, June 10th from 5-7 p.m. on the blacktop! STEM Night and Science Fair Thank you! 

We are so happy and proud to be able to bring back the STEM night and the Science Fair to the Bells Mill community! Many parents volunteered their time and expertise and spent many hours helping with planning and designing the experiments, preparing the material and resources, performing the experiments, and engaging with the families and the students during the event.
