  2. Bells Mill has a successful Box Tops for Education program. Box Tops can be found on may boxed and canned goods. Clip/save the box tops and send into school with your child. Bus Camera Safety Program

Far too many drivers are not obeying the Maryland School Bus Law. In January 2014, the Montgomery County Department of Police, in partnership with Montgomery County Public Schools, began a school bus camera enforcement program. We started with 25 cameras that could be rotated for use on various buses. We also began a continuing education program to make sure the public was aware of when to stop. Muffins for Mom – This Friday

Join the Bells Mill PTA for breakfast at school for children and their mothers this Friday, Dec 15th at 830a. We will provide the treats while you socialize with your children and read them a book.  All BMES kids and their Moms are welcome! If mom isn’t available, feel free to send another special caretaker/family member/friend/neighbor/BMES Mom. We are requesting a $1 per person donation. Kids should bring a book for their mom to read to them.

2017-18 Bells Mill Staff Appreciation Holiday Lunch (and Cookie Exchange!)

This holiday season gives us the opportunity to show our Bells Mill teachers and staff how grateful we are for all that they do for our children.  This year, we’re throwing a catered lunch (thank you to Gregorio’s for their generous donations!), and a cookie exchange.

PTA Membership Cards

PTA Membership Cards were distributed to classroom teachers to be sent home with students last week.  The card was filled out with your child’s last name and your membership number.  If you have more than one child at Bells Mill the card should have gone home with your youngest child.  Bells Mill staff who also joined the PTA will receive their membership card this week; member numbers are not assigned to staff.  Special savings and discounts are available to PTA members and can be accessed at PTA.org/benefits. … Read Full Post

Club Bells Mill: Winter Wonderland Featuring Professor Fizzwiffle!
