Update your family directory information by Nov. 14

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is responsible for the Bells Mill online and print directories, which provides contact information for families in the school. Because our directories do not pull from any official MCPS database, the PTSA relies on family participation as the primary source of data entry. We need you, Bells Mill parents, to update your information by November 14th!

Like most schools throughout Montgomery County, BMES PTA uses the Membership Toolkit platform through AtoZ Connect for our membership and directory.  The Online Directory is a secure site that is only accessible to families who have created an account and verified their information. Through the verification process, parents are able to control what information is published online and in print. The online version is only available to BMES families and teachers.

The Print Directory will be sent to the printer in November. If you are new to the school and have not created your account OR if you are already established on our Directory platform, and have not logged in to verify your information, please do so no later than November 10th! Your participation is essential to having a useful product for our Bells Mill community.

The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders. Add Parent/Family information. Add student name(s); current grade(s) and teacher(s). Review and set your Directory Publish Preferences. Save and Join the BMES PTA!

Established Families in AtoZ Connect: Click “My Account” on left-hand side. Review Parent/Family Information and make necessary updates. Review Student first/last name and make necessary updates. JOIN the Bells Mill PTA — Click Here The membership drive is the primary source of income for BMES PTSA. When you join the PTSA, the proceeds from your membership dues help us provide excellent programming, advocacy, and resources to the entire Bells Mill community.  A membership to the PTA costs $25 per family, and we encourage you to consider an additional donation.
