Each week in Bear Post, we will share information from other schools in the cluster or community events that provide opportunities to connect and help each other. If you have anything you would like to add, email communications@bellsmill.org. While these are not sponsored or endorsed by the BMES PTA, we’re happy to help share information as appropriate.
Academic and Executive Functioning Coaching — We Come to You!
Let us help you finish the year strong! Regardless of how qualified you are — as Mom and Dad, it is infinitely harder to support your own child academically. Gold Signature Writers (GSW) team of experienced, effective, and personable educators offer private in-home tutoring for executive functioning coaching, math, reading, and writing support to help your child gain confidence and skill. Reach out to owner Rachel Cederbaum to schedule a call so she can find the best fit academic coach to support your child this Spring and Summer. GSW’s enrichment classes were featured in USA Today, and it was just named Best Tutoring Service in Bethesda Magazine’s readers poll.
Robotics Camp Opportunity
Poolesville Robotics Team 4099 is hosting RoboCamps this year. RoboCamps is a week-long summer camp held at John Poole Middle School, where students, ages 8-14, learn how to design, build, and code their own robot. This interactive camp culminates in a final competition on the last day, where campers can show off their robots and compete for a special prize. Visit the program website to learn more and register. If you have questions, email robocamps@team4099.com.
