BOARD TO INTRODUCE SCREEN USE RESOLUTION ON JUNE 4
Board Member Julie Yang, a long-time supporter on screens in schools issues, will be introducing a screen use resolution at the Board meeting on June 4. The resolution is on the agenda as “auditing student screen time K-8” starting at 5:10pm. The draft itself has not been uploaded on the Board site yet, but its foundation is a resolution the Tech Committee drafted using language from other school districts. The language has been reviewed by other Board members and the Superintendent and is still going through comments and revision.
