Membership/Donation Drive: Membership Cards Coming Soon/Still Time to Donate

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined the PTA and made a donation.  It really is a team effort, and if we all work together we can accomplish a lot!
For those who have joined:
PTA membership cards will be available for pickup at the evening hours of the book fair on October 14th and 15th.  Don’t forget to stop by and receive your cards.  Once PTA members have their membership cards, you will have access to discounts at national retailers such as Staples, Metlife, Sylvan, Hertz and more!

CPK Event — Thurs, Fri — Flyer Attached

Headed to the mall this week? If you dine at California Pizza Kitchen and bring in the attached flyer, your student’s class could win a pizza party! Also, 20% of the check will be donated back to BMES for other community building events. Purchases are for ALL DAY LONG and include dine-in, take-out, catering and all beverages!

Don’t forget to bring the sheet that came home with your child’s teacher’s name.  The class with the most students attending these 3 nights will get a free pizza party!!!

PTA MEETING (TONIGHT!)

Tonight is the 1st PTA meeting of the school year. It is an appetizer social in the APR and then a brief business meeting. Please bring an appetizer to share; and if you can only bring yourself, that’s okay too! The event will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and BAR-T is providing FREE childcare for Bells Mill aged students.

First PTA Mtg/Mandatory Room Parents Meeting (10/7)

Our first PTA meeting of the year is Tuesday, October 7 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  The meeting will take place in the APR.  Food will be served.  Please bring an appetizer to share. If you can’t bring an appetizer to share, it’s okay, still come to the meeting!

Bar T WILL provide childcare during the meeting.

Room Parents: 6:30 (before PTA) is the room parents meeting.  This meeting will be brief and is mandatory for all room parents.
