Staff Appreciation Holiday Lunch & Cookie Exchange – Need More Volunteers and SignUps!

We need all lunch perishable items BY 10:00am on DECEMBER 18.

December 3 PTA General Meeting Recap

We had a wonderful general meeting of the 2019-2010 Bells Mill PTA last night. Thanks to all who attended! We again had a great showing of parents and teachers!

For those who could not make it, here is a quick recap:

  • We officially adopted South Lake Elementary as our sister school, after a successful Thanksgiving food drive that exceeded all expectations!
  • We also passed two general resolutions at the meeting:
    • Added a budget line item of $200 for expenses related to our new sister school.

New Curriculum Parent Info Night – Dec 10

The elementary parent information night originally scheduled for November 18th has been rescheduled for December 10th at Wheaton High School at 7 p.m. Parents/guardians and community members are encouraged to come learn from MCPS staff about the three-year rollout of new curricular and instructional materials, and supports for elementary English Language Arts and Math. Childcare will be provided for children aged 4 years old and up.
