Our final PTA meeting of the year will be held TONIGHT, Tuesday, June 7 at 6:30PM. At the June 7 General Meeting, the Free State PTA Bylaws with Bells Mill PTA’s designations will be presented for approval by those present at the meeting. The Bylaws can be found here and any questions can be directed to Jessica McClellan at jclmcclellan@gmail.com.

The BMES annual Geo Bowl will be held in June this year.

The dates for the Geo Bowl are:

• 3rd grade – 6/2
• 4th grade – 6/7 
• 5th grade – 6/7

Our bylaws require us to form a nominating committee to fill next year’s PTA board. We need to identify at least two volunteers who are current PTA members. The nominating committee will be responsible for formally nominating eligible persons for open PTA board positions and reporting their nominees to the general membership prior to the PTA election at a general membership meeting in May.
