Bells Mill International Festival – TOMORROW, Friday, May 6

Come celebrate diversity at Bells Mill TOMORROW, Friday, May 6, 2022, 5-7 p.m. on the Bells Mill Blacktop!

This year the festival will feature a performance at 5:30 by the Choy Wun Lion Dance Team with traditional ceremonies, demonstrations, and photo opportunities. In Chinese culture, the Lion symbolizes power, wisdom, and superiority. An important ritual around lunar new year, the Lion dance is performed to bring prosperity and good luck for the upcoming year. The festival will also include cultural displays from BMES families, crafts, a traditional attire parade, and an international candy table.

Food Trucks will be Big Greek on Wheels, Hangry Panda, and Churros Inc. You can preorder from Hangy Panda using https://hangrypanda.square.site/ (be sure to set the pickup location as Bells Mill!) and from Big Greek at https://biggreekfoodtruck.mobilebytes.com/menu (starting at noon on Friday)
