BMES PTA Nominating Committee – 1 Volunteer Needed

The Bells Mill PTA bylaws require us to form a nominating committee to fill next year’s PTA Board. We are still in need of one more volunteer who is a current PTA member.

Cabin John Middle School PTA will have several open board positions for next year—volunteer early to gain valuable experience! President, Treasurer & Secretary must be filled for the PTSA to continue, with 1-2 hour virtual training available.

  • President – Oversees PTSA activities, ensures legal compliance
  • Treasurer – Manages finances & filings
  • Secretary – Records meetings & maintains records
  • Comms Chair – Manages CougarClips
  • Spiritwear Chair – Runs Spiritwear sales
  • Book Fair Chair – Organizes Fall Book Fair
  • Reflections Chair – Runs student art contest
  • Back to School Picnic Chair – Plans the picnic
  • School Support Chair – Coordinates meals for staff
  • Membership Chair – Manages A to Z Connect updates
  • International Night Chair –Plans cultural celebration; visit us this year on April 3, 6:30-8:30PM

STEM Night Co-Chair Needed
