The Bells Mill PTA is a partnership between parents and the school to enhance educational excellence and strengthen the community. Traditionally, we sponsor more than 50 events and activities in the school each year. We’re working hard to refocus our priorities and efforts to support the unique needs of distance learning this semester. We are committed to (1) making sure that students have the tools they need to make distance learning successful, (2) keeping the sense of community that makes Bells Mill special, and (3) supporting our school families during this challenging time. We’re also finding new ways to do some of our traditional activities, such as BINGO night, and providing new enrichment opportunities, such as virtual assemblies. Finally, through the local, state, and national PTA organizations we track policies so we can advocate for what’s best for our students, families and schools.
To accomplish these goals, we need your participation and support. As a PTA member you have a voice in decisions on funding and priorities. Your membership fees and donations provide the funding needed to support the school. We are a stronger community when all families join and actively participate in the PTA.
