Bells Mill Elementary School PTA

Our virtual Scholastic Book Fair is underway! 25% of sales go to Bells Mill to buy books for classrooms and students in need. Last year’s fair allowed the school to purchase classroom sets of novels for the reading curriculum and social-emotional learning lessons. Please join the Churchill Cluster Elementary School Principals, School Staff, and Central Office Staff to engage in conversations about race and equity on Friday, June 4th, 9:30am. Zoom link to be provided by the school.

We will discuss:

At the end of each Fiscal Year we are required to have the books of the Bells Mill Elementary PTA undergo a financial review. This is not an audit, you do not need to be a CPA or financial professional to volunteer, and the entire commitment shouldn’t take more than 1-2 hours. Under Maryland PTA rules, a committee of three people need to perform the review by reviewing the bank statements, check register and other documents from the 2020-2021 year and confirm them to be correct.… Read Full Post

We have rescheduled our final PTA meeting of this school year due to scheduling conflicts. We will meet on zoom on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The school will distribute the link on the day of the meeting.
