On March 30, the PTA will celebrate the return of the Bells Mill Read-a-thon, an annual PTA fundraiser and celebration of reading. For one week students will log their reading time and raise money to support PTA programs at the same time! They will also enjoy an assembly on the “Magic of Reading,” participate in a virtual reading night with their favorite teachers, and have fun with a reading-themed spirit night. Students will win fun prizes for reading and fundraising. Stay tuned for details!
The Scholastic Book Fair returns on April 25-29 with plans for an outdoor book fair for parents to shop on April 30, along with some fun reading themed activities.Proceeds from the Book Fair return directly to the school to purchase books and materials for the media center and classrooms.
