STEM Night Thank You!

Last Friday’s amazing STEM Night was a wonderful collaboration among parents, school staff and community. Thanks to the many volunteers from school staff, Bells Mill parents, Churchill Robotics Club, Richard Montgomery iGEMS club, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission. It was a wonderful learning opportunity!

Parent Teacher Meeting – TOMORROW Feb 4th

February Discussion Topics:

  • Three Bells Mill teachers will present a hands-on classroom example of the new reading curriculum. This is a great way to see what and how your students are learning across grade levels.
  • Our winter will be full of fun and educational activities sponsored by the PTA(Parent Teacher Association).

STEM Night (TOMORROW – Jan 31st)- RSVP here. Volunteers Needed!!

We need your support for the Bells Mill STEM+families night on Friday, January 31st, 6:30-8:00pm. Please RSVP here to attend.  There is no cost, but we need to get a good sense of how many people will attend.

We are still looking for parent volunteers to support the hands on activities and experiments. All parents are encouraged to volunteer for supporting the STEM activities! MCPS Sponsored Science Night – Jan 21

MCPS and the Montgomery County Council of PTAs (MCCPTA) are hosting a Science Night from 6:30–8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at Gaithersburg High School. (Snow date: January 28)

At the event, parents will hear from MCPS teachers about science standards and what they can expect their children to learn in class. Sessions are targeted to parents with students in elementary and middle school.

Gaithersburg High School is located at 101 Education Blvd. in Gaithersburg.
