MCPS is conducting a second survey to help guide decisions for the 2026-27 school calendar. Survey responses are due by November 30.
The survey asks about three different options, all of which have the same spring break (March 26 to April 2).
Draft A would start school Aug. 31 and end on June 23.
Draft B would start school Aug. 24 and end on June 15.
Draft C would start school Aug. 24 and end on June 16. This option starts winter break one day earlier than Drafts A&B.
