We are wrapping up our fall membership drive and getting ready to print the student directory. Please confirm/update your information and join the PTA to make sure you receive a copy of the directory. Thanks to the 228 families and 31 teachers who have joined the PTA so far!  We’d love for all 500+ families and additional staff to join!

The annual PTA-sponsored Bells Mill Scholastic Book Fair is just around the corner. This popular and fun event will be turning the school’s media center into a veritable (Alice in) Wonderland of books kids can’t wait to read! The Book Fair is not a PTA fundraiser. Profits from sales go directly toward purchasing new materials, such as media center books and curriculum tool kits for the classroom, so students and staff benefit directly from our Fair!… Read Full Post

We had a great first general meeting of the 2019-2020 Bells Mill PTA last night! Thanks to all who attended. We had a fantastic, enthusiastic showing from our Bells Mill community. Let’s keep it up!

• Devin Donaldson was elected as president, making it official after graciously stepping into that role over the summer to keep the PTA moving forward

Do you have questions about your child’s school? Do you want to meet other parents and get informed and involved? Come to our first Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting of the year. We’ll be discussing the allocation of PTA funds to support the new curriculum with technology resources. The Cultural Arts Assemblies Committee is reviewing and selecting cultural events for 2019-2020! The committee needs volunteers to attend the Cultural Arts Showcases offered by MCPS on October 2nd, 3th, and 7th. During these showcases various performing companies approved by the County make 15-minute presentations. Come join your friends and classmates for our first Restaurant Night for this school year at Shake Shack!  Come in ALL DAY (11a – 9p) and show them this flyer and they will donate 25% of proceeds to the Bells Mill PTA!
