As you are aware, MCPS has migrated to Synergy as their new Student Information System of choice. ParentVue (to be used instead of the MCPS portal) is the component of Synergy that parents can access for information and reporting. We know that some parents have had some technical issues, so please see below to help troubleshoot:
If you did not receive an email with ParentVUE activation information, please call 240-740-7020 or email [email protected]
If you have logged in but do not see all of your children listed, please complete this form so that MCPS can merge your accounts.
