Thank you for your generous donations to support the South Lakes ES and Bells Mill ES communities over the Thanksgiving holiday. While donations started slowly, in the end we were able to donate more than 130 Thanksgiving Meal Relief boxes to families in the two communities! We very much appreciate our partnership with Nourish Now who helped collect the funds, assemble the boxes and help transport them to drop off locations. In addition, our thanks to BMES volunteers Asmaa Seif Eldin and Varsha Morar, BMES School Counselor Mrs. Havenstein, SLES Community School Liaison Carla Garcia, and SLES staff. In addition, we appreciate the Scotland Community Center who allowed us to temporarily store meals in their commercial refrigerator. We are so very grateful for the generosity of the Bells Mill community and its commitment to helping families in need.
