Join us on Saturday, October 14 at 10 a.m. in the All Purpose Room (APR) for Magic & Muffins. This will be a fun-filled morning tailored to our younger students (Headstart, Kindergarten and 1st grades) but all Bells Mill families may attend and all siblings are welcome. MCCPTA 2023-2024 Advocacy Priorities
The Montgomery County Council of PTAs (MCCPTA) has put forth their 2023-2024 Proposed Advocacy Priorities for comment by their PTA membership.These priorities provide the framework for the activities and actions that MCCPTA implements on behalf of its roughly 193 PTAs with the intention of making every child’s potential a reality thru engagement with families and communities. Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by Creating a Poster to Display at BMES

Register for Fall After School Enrichment Programs
FLEX academies will be offering programs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Enrollment opens on September 11 and spots are limited. View flyer here for classes and schedule.
While the PTA helps coordinate this program, FLEX academies administer the programs and coordinates with the individual providers, as well as provides a staff person to ensure safe dismissal of students. For more information about a program, please email [email protected]

Register for BMES Model UN (5th graders)
Model UN (or MUN) is an authentic simulation of the United Nations General Assembly in which students act as country delegates and engage in acts of diplomacy, negotiation, and decision making. The program is offered through Global Minds, LLC, founded in 2021 by former Bells Mill/Cabin John parents, Audré Park and Shreelata Durbhakula.
